Order changes
Contact us as quickly as possible. We can adjust or cancel an order only before it has entered fulfillment.
Product warranty
New products include a two-year Beachhead limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
Returns
30-day window
Return unopened or gently tested headphones within 30 days of delivery. Items must include the original packaging and accessories.

Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
